The supporting cast of eucalyptus, peppermint and spearmint oils cool you and your joints back down, menthol is believed to aid absorption of all-important magnesium into your skin. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body, responsible for over 300 different functions, and is thought to be anti-inflammatory, supporting muscle movement and repair.

The exclusive source of the organic Fair Trade cocoa butter in our massage bars, is from communities living on the edge of the biodiversity-rich Gola Rainforest in Sierra Leone, home to pygmy hippos. Our Lush Spa therapists suggest using After massage bar as part of your cool-down routine post-exercise. Warm the bar in your hands, before applying it directly to skin with light pressure, using soothing massage techniques onto muscle groups that have been worked during your session.

How To Store

Keep this massage bar fresh and clean in a lidded container, like one of our oval tins. Try storing in the freezer if you like an icy magnesium muscle soother.

Melt warning:
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. In very hot weather, store in fridge to avoid meltdowns.
