Booking & Payment

To secure your party booking, please review the following:

• Parties should be booked at least two weeks in advance, where possible.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total party cost is required to secure your booking.
• Deposits are usually paid in-store, but alternative payment arrangements may be made if needed.
• You may pay more than 50% upfront if preferred; please inform the store when confirming your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to help.

• If unexpected circumstances arise, we will try to reschedule your party where possible.
• If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit may be used in any Lush store in Lebanon.

Party Duration & Timings

• Parties run for 1.5 hours.
• Parties may be booked any day of the week during store opening hours.
• If you expect to be late, please contact the store as soon as possible.
• As sessions run in set time slots, we are unable to extend or recover lost time.

Parental / Guardian Supervision

• For groups with children under 13, two adults (18+) must remain present during the event.
• Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
• Lush staff are not responsible for childcare.
• For participants aged 14–18, please provide contact details of a responsible adult.

Allergies & Intolerances

• Allergy or intolerance information must be provided at booking or at least 48 hours before the event.
• If a guest under 18 has an allergy to any Lush ingredient, a parent or guardian must remain present.
• Lush staff cannot administer medication.

Photos & Social Content

• Photos may be taken during the event for Lush internal and brand communications.
• If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the shop team know in advance or on the day of the event.

Data Privacy

• Personal data is used solely for processing and invoicing your order.
• You may withdraw consent or exercise your data rights at any time by contacting wecare@lushlebanon.com.
