How to Return or Exchange

In-Store Returns: Bring the product and receipt to any Lush store. The original payment method is required for refunds.

Shipped Returns: Once you have authorization from Customer Care, send the product and receipt back to us.

Please ensure that products are unopened, unused, and in good condition.

Please Note:
– Online exclusives cannot be returned in-store.
– Refunds or exchanges do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Incorrect Items If we shipped the wrong item, contact Customer Care. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it at no additional cost. If it is out of stock, discontinued, or a seasonal/limited- edition product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
